Soulsong #472 – What About Immigration?

Through the Law of Attraction, I magnetize my circumstances through my mental focus. When I say, “Yes, yes!” to any person or condition, I’m beckoning it. And the same is true when I say, “No, no!”

This principle holds true in all aspects of society. If many people in a country focus on an issue such as illegal immigration with an intent to keep immigrants out, this attention will actually exacerbate the condition. Or it will usher in other situations equally unwanted.

When any problem is tackled in a state of fear and insecurity, it’s destined to become worse.

Insights can be attained, however, by envisioning what is wanted. All long-lasting resolutions come from that mental stance.

Instead of wringing my hands and feeling threatened, I envision a country where everyone who deeply wants to live here can be easily integrated. I imagine a country where there are enough resources and services for all current and future inhabitants.

I visualize a country that assimilates a wide variety of cultures while respecting their differences and encouraging their contributions.

But I don’t stop there. I envision a world full of countries in which citizens live their desires.

I welcome calm understanding each time I relax and “see” the immigration situation working out to the advantage of all concerned. There’s nothing to fight. There’s nothing to fear.

Challenges elicit satisfying solutions when people get the big picture: well-being abounds and there’s more than enough for all.
